Ayurveda, is a natural healing and preventative system of medicine that originated in India and evolved there for more than 5000 years. It is the sister science of yoga and is now considered one of the leading forms of holistic medicine in the West. Ayurveda address all factors that influence the quality of our lives.

Utilizing a wide range of healing modalities including but not limited to herbs, proper nutrition, purification, aromatherapy, yoga, meditation, sound healing and much more, ayurveda treats not just the ailment but the whole person, with the emphasis on disease prevention as well as the cure of specific symptoms.
This science offers a profound understanding of each person's unique body, mind, and consciousness, which is the foundation of health and happiness.
Unlike Western medicine, which attempts to surpress the symptoms of illness through medication, ayurveda seeks to find and cure the cause of disease and therefore is quite effective at treating many chronic ailments. Ayurvedic treatment is based on the ascertainment of individual constitution and by determining your unique metabolic type, you will learn to support the choices that benefit your type and avoid those that upset your equilibrium.

Ayurvedic Consultations
Anyone seeking greater health, balance and well-being will benefit from a personal ayurvedic consultation. You will gain an in-depth understanding of ayurveda's timeless healing principles and learn practical tools for benefiting from this wisdom in your own life.
