"A good friend of mine recommended me to Avisha. I’ve heard of Ayurveda but was not to familiar with it.  I have since learned that Ayurveda is a health system that has been successfully used for prevention and healing for over 5000 years. "I came to Bill as a last resort after suffering with the symptoms of IBS for the last 10 years. Honestly I  didn't expect much as I had seen so many doctors and specialists for this problem including Stanford  Hospital. Usually  the bottom line was to learn to live with it and that's what I had been doing, although life was not fun anymore. Having recently retired my wife and I planned a 2 month long cruise and I was having doubts I would  be able to enjoy the cruise due to my IBS.
