As the popularity of yoga continues to grow, and it becomes more and more integrated into society, its numerous benefits are well known. There are many styles and approaches to the broad field of yoga. From an ayurvedic perspective, not all styles and postures are balancing to an individual relative to their constitution and current body/mind needs.

Having taught yoga full time for more than 21 years and over 20,000 classes, William has developed an ayurvedic based  personalized flow method with synchronization of asana, pranayama (breath control), and concentration that is equally adaptable to all students, any level of experience and health condition.
 
William enjoys sharing yoga and ayurveda to all and he has maintained a schedule of 30 classes a week for more than a decade, and is currently developing unique yoga programs for at risk youth, autism, and drug/ alcohol rehabilitation centers.
 
William is available for private sessions, classes and workshops. He also produces personalized instructional CDs tailored to the unique needs of his clients.
